Step 3: Our Dream Big Canada judges will select 25 finalists before narrowing the list to five finalists. Finally, our judges will LIVE REVEAL the successful candidate on Facebook.
Step 4: We’ll contact our Dream Big Canada winner and hand over the building keys for a purchase price of $1!

What is the VALUE in the $250.00 Application Fee?
#1 - We want THE WINNER to assume full TITLE of the property! This fee is what makes that possible!

With a great Business Pitch, are my odds really that good?
Absolutely! This isn't your fancy home lottery where you have a 1 in 160,000 (random) chance to win the main prize! With a great business pitch and a crazy low minimum of 2100 entries required, this opportunity is very much within your reach!
What if the minimum entries aren’t reached?
Don't worry! We have you covered!
One of two things may happen:
(1) To keep this amazing opportunity going, Agzone Inc. may extend the Proposal Period by three months if less that the minimum entries are received!
(2) If the minimum entries are not achieved, the proposal opportunity may be cancelled. If the proposal opportunity is cancelled, full refunds, less any applicable bank and/or credit card fees, will be issued!
What information do I need to submit in my proposal?
Part 1: You start by providing brief answers to the following four questions:
Q. Tell us about yourself. What made you start (or want to start) your business?
Q. What are your business goals?
Q. How will the commercial property help you achieve those goals?
Q. How will your business make an impact in the local community?
Part 2: You submit your business proposal for the building, either written (250 words) or by video (1 min). You also have the option to include OPTIONAL supplemental information (ex. Business Plans, Projections, etc…)

Who can enter?
This proposal opportunity is open to all Canadian residents (excluding residents of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in the Province where they reside, excluding owners and employees of Agzone Inc., and their respective immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses). Judges and their respective immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) will also be excluded.
Entrants may be an individual, partnership or a corporation
Can I send additional money to help you reach your goal?
DO NOT SEND MORE THAN THE $250 APPLICATION FEE PER PROPOSAL IN AN EFFORT TO HELP YOUR ENTRY ALONG!
Can I submit more than one proposal?
Absolutely! More than one proposal may be submitted by an entrant; however, each proposal must be unique in nature and the $250 entry fee will apply to each proposal submitted.
Can I sponsor another person?
Certainly! What a lovely gift for someone special!
If I win, when do I get possession of the building?
The possession date will be within 6 months of signing the required legal agreements.
